Carrie’s birth father as Charlie
Talbert. Reasons why are
unknown at this time but
Carrie was adopted and raised
by David Mink. It is also said
that Carrie was 4 when David
married Victoria. In fact on the
FInd a Grave site it is reported
that on the death certificate of
one of her children the
mother’s maiden name is
listed as Tulbert which is more
than likely a misspelling of
Talbert..
